Privacy Policy
This site is static HTML. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and has no login, no comments and no forms. This page says what that leaves.
What we collect
Nothing directly. There is no account, no newsletter, no contact form and no tracker on these pages. If you email us, we hold that email in order to reply to it and for no other purpose.
Our hosting provider
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address making a request, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist for security and diagnostics and we do not use them to build any profile.
Third parties, and exactly when they appear
- Viator. Clicking a booking link takes you to Viator, which sets its own cookies, including an affiliate tag that tells it the booking came from here. That happens on their site, after your click, under their privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The map on the map page is not loaded until you press the button. Nothing contacts Google before that.
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Both verify ownership of this domain and report aggregate search data to us. Neither sees an individual visitor.
Cookies
We set none. Any cookie in your browser after visiting this site came from a third party you clicked through to, and can be managed in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Because we collect nothing, the answer to the first question is usually "none" — but ask at the contact page and we will confirm it in writing.
Changes to this policy
If this site ever adds analytics, a form or an embed that loads without a click, this page changes first and carries the date of the change. It was last reviewed on 5 September 2026.
