Leeds Castle Tours

Leeds Castle Gallery

Leeds Castle photographs badly from close up and beautifully from across the water, which is why almost every picture of it is taken from the far bank. These are the castle, the estate around it, the rooms inside and the rest of the Kent day the coaches cover.

Some of what is here is easy to find and some is not. The moat and the frontage are unavoidable; the 1930s interiors, the courtyard fountain and the Bird of Prey Centre take looking for, and the maze photographs best from its viewing mound.

The castle's own ticket runs for twelve months, and the coach days from Victoria pair it with Canterbury Cathedral and the White Cliffs of Dover.

What each of these places is, and how to reach it, is on things to do at Leeds Castle and the map and layout page. Leeds Castle Tours lists the tours that take you there.
